THE HEALTHIEST BANANA BREAD

Craving something sweet, moisty, crunchy and delicious? Try this healthy version of banana bread, with this simple steps and few ingredients:

Ingredients:

- 3 medium bananas

- 3 eggs

- 1/3 cup of coconut oil

- 1tsp of baking soda

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 tsp of vainilla extract

- 1 3 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 cup of walnuts or almnods chopped

- 3 cup of cut finned oats

How to:

- Preheat the oven at 350 ° F (175°c)

- Mash the bananas in a bowl.

- Add all the ingredients and mix them until its all even.

- Pour the mix in a bread pan or cupcake pan greased in a little coconut oil.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a fork or thoothpick comes out clean after poking it.
